Everything went great during our stay! I have to say what stood out the most was Chana’s customer service! Always responded quickly if I had any questions, was very informative on things to do or places to go around us, and was very attentive. It’s a charming house with comfortable space to be with kids. We went for a quick trip to be with family and the location was perfect — we were 3 minutes away from our family, and we had supermarkets and gas stations no more than 10-12 minutes away. I’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town! Thank you for your 10/10 customer service!

We really enjoyed our stay there! We were there with 3 "littles", so cleanliness and not cluttered are of great importance. This house met both of those qualifications! They had a great snack basket and extra toiletries. Chana has a fabulous house!!!

Chana is a perfect host and this house is a warm, welcoming place to stay. The layout of the home is very accommodating, with one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and fresh linens. Provisions for the bathroom included more towels than you would ever need (much appreciated). This house sits in a peaceful, quiet, and most importantly, safe neighborhood. There is a Dunkin Donuts 0.16 miles away, an easy 10-minute walk on flat, clear sidewalks. (I made this walk multiple times a day, especially at 6:00 in the morning.) Surrounding roads are well-marked and easy to navigate. Chana provided exceptional instructions for check-in and check-out as well as some helpful recommendations throughout our stay.

Don’t miss out on the best listing in Hartford, Pete’s place is by far the best Airbnb in the area. I wouldn’t be able to come up with one single complaint even if I get paid to do so. Once again, thank you Pete for making this trip away from home felt like I never left my residence.
